FAQQ. What designates a 1 day rental? One day is from 3pm the day you pick up until 1 pm the following day. Q. What if I want to keep the item I have rented for longer than the original time? That's fine, as long as the item hasn't been previously reserved and you pay for the additional days. Q. Can I Rent-to-Own items? No, we are not a Rent-to-Own company. If the item is something we are discontinuing then maybe we can work out a rent to own plan but that's definitely not the normal procedure. Q. When we rent something from you is it covered with insurance so if I break it I don't have to pay for it? No, we don't sell rental insurance at this point but may some day. So how it works is, when you rent an item from us, you take responsibility for that item. If it gets broken, damaged, or just comes back dirty and beat up, you will be charged for the repair or replacement of that item. Some Homeowners insurances will cover items being rented/borrowed but you would have to talk to your insurance agent about that. Q. What if I can't get the item working, do you provide onsite technical support? We do provide onsite technical support but it is not part of the rental. The cost would be extra and calculated at $35.00 per hour. If our equipment fails and requires our attention then we would do everything we can to get a replacement to you at no extra cost. In the rental contract we specify that if an item fails you are to contact us within 30 minutes of the item failing. Don't wait until when you return it, there will be no compensation if you do wait. |
